A backcountry trip for two can be an absolute delight or a cramped gong show. Opt for the former with the spacious and comfortable Zolo 2 two-person, three-season tent. The Zolo 2–which offers a roomy 8-foot footprint–is made of 68D polyester, and includes a dye-free white canopy that transmits light efficiently to provide a brighter, more pleasant environment inside the tent. The tent’s SuperSeal floor, meanwhile, combines the benefits of catenary and bathtub floors, with raised, PVC-free side seams to keep water out regardless of the conditions. And users needn’t spend their first 15 minutes at the site fussing with a bunch of unruly poles and complicated instructions. Instead, the tent offers a Quick Pitch Swivel Hub mechanism, which helps reduce the possibility of pitching errors and aids in the speed of the pitch. The tent also offers Jakes Feet at the tent corners, letting you easily attach the poles, fly, and footprint.
Other features include two doors and two vestibules, allowing campers easy access and plenty of storage room; a sew-free window; a patented stash door; a brow pole with a ball cap; and a DAC twist clip.
